InspectionXpert 2.0 SP7.1 Release

This release of InspectionXpert includes multiple bug fixes based on customer feedback. 

• There was a problem when publishing some custom report templates to Excel where it only showed the tokens and no extracted data. This has been fixed, and all reports should be published with data. 
• Characteristics types and subtypes in Excel report are now localized.  
• Users were able to manually create duplicate characteristic numbers in the table manager. This has been fixed, you can no longer create duplicates. 
• When a custom field name was updated, the change was not reflected in the table manager. This has been fixed and the table manager will reflect changes to the custom field.
